Our Duty calls for extra prayers for the health and wellbeing of the world’s population, therefore, we have dedicated this week’s newsletter different prayers and segulot of present and past Tzadikim, that have revealed to us the ways to open the gates of heaven in times of need as we are in now.
It is a duty for each individual to do as much as he can to strengthen himself and his surroundings using this opportunity that Hashem gave us and strengthen our faith learning prayers and kindness one to another. remember that the reason for all the needs we have is that Hashem is calling us to come closer to him! to go in his ways learning the holy Torah and applying all that is written in it.
Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky said that Everyone must be mechazek to refrain from Lashon Harah and rechilus as it states in Arachin 15b and in humility. Whoever strengthens himself in these the merit will protect him and his family members. Also has asked that in these days to help battle the situation we all say Perek Tehilim קמב  psalms 142 maskil leDavid.  (below is English and Hebrew and Transliteration of the chapter) also, get your free pdf of concise laws of shemiras lashon here  shmiras loshon kdk

English Psalm chapter 142

A maskil of David, while he was in the cave. A prayer. I cry aloud to the LORD; I appeal to the LORD loudly for mercy. I pour out my complaint before Him; I lay my trouble before Him when my spirit fails within me. You know my course; they have laid a trap in the path I walk. Look at my right and see— I have no friend; there is nowhere I can flee, no one cares about me. So I cry to You, O LORD; I say, “You are my refuge, all I have in the land of the living.” Listen to my cry, for I have been brought very low; save me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me. Free me from prison, that I may praise Your name. The righteous shall glory in me for Your gracious dealings with me.
